Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

This was such an unforgettable experience. We were supposed to stay for just one night but ended up staying 4! Okay, from the beginning. We had different accommodation in Hakuba, but we weren’t satisfied so we were looking for something else and found Dark Horse by chance. The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The shuttle service was very helpful for coming and going from the train station and to various activities. The onsen was clean and relaxing. There was laundry available for use. Games outdoors and indoors. Just amazing.

Nastanitev Hakuba Amber Resort by Jade Group s klimatsko napravo se nahaja v mestu Hakuba, 12 km od znamenitosti smučarsko območje Tsugaike Kogen, in ponuja vročo kopel ter brezplačen WiFi. Enjoyed the house for summer for a big group and had a wonderful time! Staff was always quick/available to answer your questions or come by should you needed something. Sauna/onsen was definitely a highlight, along with the ready-to-go BBQ set (extra cost). Would love to come again!

Clean and big rooms, en suite toilet was well equipped! Went during winter, and the whole cottage was surrounded by snow - such a vibe! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was super delicious! Thanks for the pickup and drop off at the bus station!

Everything . Including breakfast . Everything was great . Our room was spacious . Hotel had many toys and games . We could do a bbq in the balcony , the hotel provided all tools , it was so nice !

It’s quite close to the bus station, convenience store and restaurants. Closest to Happo-One resort. They have a shuttle to pick you up from the station and even send you to your resort destination. If you book a rental gear from Central Sports, they will come pick up the gear from the guest house for return. The property staff are such friendly and accommodating people, you’ll feel right at home!
