Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Room was massive for one person. Fantastic view of the pagoda (but the main tori gate was not visible). Location is located slightly uphill but still close to the main shopping street and the shrine. The room shares the bathroom and shower with everyone else, but has its own sink so it's more convenient. The shared bathrooms were clean, and there's a shared bath that people can reserve.

The restaurant attached to the guest house was good and convenient, and the view of the garden from there was lovely. It is two minutes away from Mitaki-dera, which I found to be an underrated beautiful place, now one of my favorite temples I have visited.
