The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is great, less than 2 minutes walk from Kamakura Station. The ambiance of the hotel lobby at Level 2 makes you feel so peaceful and comfortable. The room that we got had a cozy environment and was good enough for 3 of us in a family. The breakfast at MUJI Restaurant is excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel for my future visit to Kamakura.

Good location, easy to access from train, bus, and taxi. The room is wide and clean. The hotel amenities are good. Compliments 2 bottles of water. The staff are helpful and have a good manner.

The leisure to have the onsen to yourself as it was not crowded. Clean facilities, and conveniently next to the local bus stop. Beautiful lounge space with a few manga to choose from. The kitchen is one very equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook.

47 km from Fuji-Q Highland in Hakone, Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. Astonishing view and nicely decorated place. Excellent breakfast and dinner. The staffs are friendly and helpful to any queries. It's the best place we've ever stayed during our Japan trip. The highlight of this place? Their onsen. The vibe—it was quite therapeutic and peaceful. I wish we had more time to enjoy the onsen.

Located in Hakone in the Kanagawa region, with Gora Station and Hakone Gora Park nearby, WPU HOTEL Hakone provides accommodation with free private parking, as well as access to a hot spring bath. Wonderful facility. Clean with delicious food at the restaurant. Onsen was really nice and well organized. Not very big but we didn't go at a busy time so it was available when we wanted it. Unfortunately closed during daytime hours. Staff was helpful. Stayed with children and it was very easy and they were accomodating.

Featuring a garden, Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou is set in Hakone, 200 metres from Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands. This 3-star ryokan features free WiFi. The breakfast and dinner spreads were exquisite. I was very impressed with their chef. The atmosphere of the ryokan gave you a sense of being tucked away in the woods and back in time. The staff were courteous and warm, ever so accommodating. A most beautiful experience and wonderful for the body and soul. I would most definitely love to return in future.
