Very good location near train station about 5 minutes walk. Staff very helpful. Rooms though are quite small but these are common in Japan hotels especially in major cities. But overall this hotel is quite clean with very good service . It's also near shopping areas.

Wonderful facility. Clean with delicious food at the restaurant. Onsen was really nice and well organized. Not very big but we didn't go at a busy time so it was available when we wanted it. Unfortunately closed during daytime hours. Staff was helpful. Stayed with children and it was very easy and they were accomodating.
