The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is great, less than 2 minutes walk from Kamakura Station. The ambiance of the hotel lobby at Level 2 makes you feel so peaceful and comfortable. The room that we got had a cozy environment and was good enough for 3 of us in a family. The breakfast at MUJI Restaurant is excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel for my future visit to Kamakura.

The kitchen is one very equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook.

47 km from Fuji-Q Highland in Hakone, Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath and public bath. Lovely inn, great location, staff were kind and helpful! We had our 5 year old daughter with us and everyone including other guests were welcoming toward her. The private onsen was easy to reserve and so relaxing. Food was good too. Lounge was cozy! We loved our stay and would highly recommend it! Shout out to the reception gentleman who wears many hats and made sure everything was excellent!

Wonderful facility. Clean with delicious food at the restaurant. Onsen was really nice and well organized. Not very big but we didn't go at a busy time so it was available when we wanted it. Unfortunately closed during daytime hours. Staff was helpful. Stayed with children and it was very easy and they were accomodating.

Featuring a garden, Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou is set in Hakone, 200 metres from Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands. This 3-star ryokan features free WiFi. The breakfast and dinner spreads were exquisite. I was very impressed with their chef. The atmosphere of the ryokan gave you a sense of being tucked away in the woods and back in time. The staff were courteous and warm, ever so accommodating. A most beautiful experience and wonderful for the body and soul. I would most definitely love to return in future.
