Very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Very nice staff people, whether it's the reception, persons in charge of cleaning or pool lifeguard, they are all smiley and patient. The view is amazing and the pool is heated with great facilities.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Loved everything about this hostel, from the location (close to the open air museum) in the mountains, down to the very small details of the interior. Lounge area was beautifully planned with a great view and places to hang out with new friends. The Onsen bath was clean and beautiful too. Had it for myself in the morning. The dorm bed was super big and felt private.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The facilities were amazing, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Japan. Hakone was amazing and this hotel made my experience better. The library and all the spaces inside were perfect. Free drinks and snacks are a plus ❤️
