Very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Very nice staff people, whether it's the reception, persons in charge of cleaning or pool lifeguard, they are all smiley and patient. The view is amazing and the pool is heated with great facilities.

Loved everything about this hostel, from the location (close to the open air museum) in the mountains, down to the very small details of the interior. Lounge area was beautifully planned with a great view and places to hang out with new friends. The Onsen bath was clean and beautiful too. Had it for myself in the morning. The dorm bed was super big and felt private.

You can use the onsen at booked timing! As well as in the morning without booking!

We had a really relaxing time at the WPÜ Hakone for three nights. You're able to use the hotel onsen and in the men's side I didn't meet anyone else during the whole stay so there's plenty of room. We really enjoyed doing short trips to Owakudani and Hakone open air museum in the morning and going to Onsen in the afternoon. The breakfast was super nice! All of the staff were really friendly and helpful, we felt welcome at the hotel. The hotel is easy to reach since it's basically best to Gora station.
