Great location, very kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious and prepared with care - they had prepared bed guards for our toddler’s bed and a very comfortable baby cot for our baby. Children slippers and toothbrushes were also available in the room - great attention to details :)

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Exceptional guest house, great service, lovely onsens, the best guest house that I have ever experienced. The common area and kitchen, both tastefully decorated and functional with supplies of free coffee beans and equipment. Steep stairs are not a concern as staffs helped to carry the luggages during check in and check out! Room with tatami is spacious and cosy. We enjoyed preparing breakfast at the kitchen with ingredients bought from Lawson/7-11.

Situated in Hakone, 500 metres from Hakone Gora Park, Hakone Yutowa features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Excelent ryokan. If you are looking to connect with nature, give it a chance. Really good location, it take some time to get there at first but you have all the museums at walking distance.

Featuring a garden, Hakone Onsen Yuyado Yamanoshou is set in Hakone, 200 metres from Hakone Botanical Garden of Wetlands. This 3-star ryokan features free WiFi. It is an old building. But it is well maintained and upgraded. The room had tatami and kotetsu (cool). It was also realy warm in the cold night. Corridors were wooden and climatic. The batch... yea. Hot and clean water. Big room. Total bliss. Food was also very good. And traditional. Near the ryokan is very nice Ryukozan Choanjit temple and the Sengokuhara Susuki Grass Fields. Overall - highly recomended and thank you for the hospitality!
