The hotel is new and absolutely stunning. Its great to see a Hilton with a japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are coming for a concert as it is right by the k-arena. The room service was delicious.

Exceptionally clean and very cozy hotel with warm, modern vibes and a fresh, new feel. It’s a short walk from the train station, and the beach is easily reachable on foot. The room was bright and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, a comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom. Staff were excellent and fluent in English. A nice bonus: two washing machines that you can track directly on the TV. Highly comfortable and convenient stay.

Comfortable Accommodations: Onsen Guest House Tsutaya in Hakone offers comfortable rooms with private bathrooms, air conditioning, and mountain views. Very nice hostel off the beaten tracks. Needs train ride and 20 minutes walks. Perfect Onsen. It was a great idea to stay away from hectic town. Highly recommend

Feel really comfortable there, the vibes, and you can always meet different people travel from difference places and greet to each other, relax or having dinner in the lobby area, and you feel you are in traditional Japanese home and that's why we'd like to experience in Japan. The Onsen is nice too, food is not bad as well, and super nice staffs there.

Lovely rooms, great onsen, friendly and helpful staff. Really close to Gora station for the cable car (beat the crowds in the morning) and to get back to Tokyo. Family Mart and Lawson nearby. Great value for money. Nice breakfast.
