My party had mechanical failure with one of our bikes when we arrived in the middle of a snow storm, and Ono-san went completely above and beyond to help us solve the problem and get where we wanted to go. It was very clean and comfortable. The common space is also great for hanging out and I had a fun night with the staff and other guests. Unfortunately I only stayed for one night, but I'll definitely come again and stay much longer!
