The exterior is very distinctive, while the interior feels modern and stylish, with bold use of sharp red and green that gives the hotel a strong visual identity. Our package included lounge access from 7:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night, which was a major highlight. The lounge offers both made-to-order dishes and a buffet area, featuring a mix of Japanese and Western (Italian-style) cuisine. The food was fresh, well presented, and refilled quickly. Desserts were particularly outstanding and easily one of the best parts of the dining experience. The staff were professional and welcoming, with both Japanese and Indian team members. Most communicated fluently in English, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room design is modern and comfortable, matching the hotel’s overall aesthetic. Housekeeping did an excellent job — the room was made up so thoroughly that it felt almost unused each time we returned.
