This hotel exceeded our expectations, from the very second we arrived we were treated like royalty by the entire staff, we had the most amazing hostess show us around the hotel and our room. The hotel is beautiful, very traditional but modern at the same time. Our room was amazing, incredibly clean, and with everything we could possibly need and of course our very own & relaxing private bath. There is a lot to do in the hotel itself besides the amazing onsen. The dinner was incredible and the breakfast was delicious as well with lots of options to choose from. This was our favorite stay during our trip to Japan, we really wish we could have stayed longer and cannot wait to be back. 10000000% recommend it!!!

The room is big with the Fujisan view from the window. It locates in the back of Fujisan station. The hotel is new, clean, easy to access. Staff is very supportive.

Fuji Gran Villa - TOKI - is set in Fujiyoshida, 4.7 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 22 km from Mount Fuji, as well as 2.9 km from Oshijuutaku Togawa and Osano’s House. The staff were excellent, very friendly approachable and gave us a warm welcoming. The view of fuji from our villa was exactly like described and pictured! It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Set within 5.3 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 7.7 km of Fuji-Q Highland in Fujikawaguchiko, Retreat Camp Mahoroba offers accommodation with seating area. The view is impeccable (a clear view of Mt Fuji). The facilities were on point, as you’d expect from a glamping property. The staff was very hospitable (even dropped us to the station). Very good value for money.

It looked very nice. Also the dorm bed was very big compared to other hostels! The owner was also very kind and picked me up at the Kawaguchiko Station.

The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya is located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. The location is around 3 minutes from Kawaguchiko Station. There's some restaurants and a convenience store nearby. They also provide a small breakfast. The host was very nice and helpful.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. The staff were very friendly and warm. The bed and puffy quilt were so comfortable and cozy. I slept so well. I also loved the delicious restaurant that turns into a lounge in the day. So beautiful and aesthetic. Everything about this place makes you feel calm, serene and chill.

Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. Absolutely amazing location, right by the expressway bus station, with amazing views of Mt. Fuji, free shuttle bus to all the attractions and an amazing breakfast buffet and the Onsen! Nothing to complain about, favourite part of the 2 week Japan trip.
