島宿糸 provides a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Iki. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. - most friendly host's i ever experienced. They made the bike renatal for us, drove us to the port and picked us up and made the most amazing breakfast in Japanese and western style. Definitely recommend them. Tip: you definitely need a car or a bike while staying here

The manager was very attentive. He made reservations for us at various restaurants and gave us a ride to the airport. The architecture was very unique. The location was great as it was walking distant to great food and above a bike rental shop.

Easy to find , check in was a bit tricky but managed eventually. Everything else is great . We had a great stay.

Boasting a spa bath, Iseya, Seaview Private Oceanside Bath is situated in Unzen. During our 16-day holiday in Japan, my husband & I, together with another couple, stayed in 7 ryokans/hotels & Iseya is the BEST! The hotel is new & clean & the facilities are so good! We opted for dinner & breakfast in the hotel & we were so happy & satisfied with the quality & freshness of the food & service level of the attending staff who went beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable! Special mention goes to a male service staff (I think he is the supervisor; forgot his name but was Mayama or something) who served us dinner on 15 Nov. We wanted to order a bottle of red wine & sake to go with our dinner & asked for his recommendation. The sake he recommended was so good, we decided to buy 2 extra bottles to bring home! When this same male service staff heard from us that we had to rush off to catch the ferry to Kumamoto the next morning & breakfast only starts at 7.30am, he left word for our breakfast to be ready earlier. We were pleasantly surprised & so grateful that a new batch of service staff were waiting for us at the dining room when we went down to checkout at 7.20am on 16 Nov. Really fantastic service! Located in Unzen, within 47 km of Nagasaki Museum of History and 48 km of Nagasaki Station, Unzen Kyushu Hotel provides accommodation with a bar as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The dinner was fabulous. We stayed three nights in a suite. We had Western dinner, 7+ courses, the first night, Japanese kaiseki the second night, and combination of the two the third night. The chef who cooked for us all three nights really did a wonderful job! Of course, the service was exceptional, and the suite exceeded our expectation.
