Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

El Miru Niseko está a 8 minutos en coche de las estaciones de esquí Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu y Niseko Village. We loved everything about Miru Niseko. Our room was fabulous - we were there for a week and so we so appreciated the extra room and being able to relax in apartment style. The room had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the hotel were wonderful - lovely to have fresh fruit and a great range to choose from in the buffet. Being out of the main Grand Hirafu area was not a problem - the local shuttles were frequent and the Miru Niseko shuttle timetable was great. Most of all … the staff were fabulous, so very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful.

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort. The best place to be in Niseko. Thanks for everything.

El Ki Niseko, inaugurado en diciembre de 2014, está situado a menos de 100 metros de la telecabina de alta velocidad de la estación de esquí Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. Todo el servicio fue muy bueno. Ademas una persona del staff hablaba un impecable castellano español (Lady Miya ) Eso fue el punto excepcional del servicio. Una persona tan poliglota es excepcional! Gracias Miya!
