Everything was great, like really excellent and wonderful, except the hotel communication prior arrival, takes them ages to reply to emails or no reply at all. But everything was sorted upon arrival. Stuff at points a bit slow and lost, but very sweet. Most of the hotels have the same issues, unfortunately, difficult to find street smart and fast people.

The property offers a free shuttle service into the village. We are a family of 5 stayed in 3 bedroom suite. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed. If I come back to Niseko again I will definitely stay here. The staff all speaks English. Our room view is amazing. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were all amazing!!! We did the included breakfast and 6 course dinner. We stayed at 11 different hotels in Japan this trip and this one ranks the No. 1. When it’s time to check out, I do not want to leave.

Miru Niseko, is located an 8-minute drive from Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu and Niseko Village Ski Resort. Hangetsukohan Natural Park and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area are within a 15-minute drive from the property. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. The private parking is available on site for free. Perfect location--not so close to the busy center of Grand Hirafu but accessible enough by the free shuttle bus service. Helpful and friendly staff and onsen of course 😌

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort.

Rooms feature air conditioning during the summer, and guests will find a fully equipped kitchen on site. Apple TV and complimentary WiFi are available. There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit as well as towels. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 3 people. The apartment was spacious and also had an in-unit washer/dryer which was really convenient. The location itself was good as well. Around a 10 minute drive to Hirafu, 7 minutes to Hilton Village, and about 30 minutes to Rusutsu. However, there isn't much available in walking distance (e.g. convenience stores, restaurants, etc.). There's a ski locker next to the reception and the rental companies were able to deliver / pickup directly to Snowdog. There are a handful of parking spots available - we didn't have any issues, but we were also there from Monday - Thursday. Note that to facilitate snow clearing, the front desk told us that we may be asked to move our cars sometime between 8 - 10 AM. Our group mostly left around 9 AM for the slopes and never ran into this.
