The Family Room is separated into 2 rooms, each with own TV and air-con, and shared toilet. Free coffee machine and microwave are available beside hotel lobby. There are also washing machine and drier. Shoes are not allowed in hotel (similar to other onsen hotel) and is stored downstairs locker. Beppu Tokiwa shopping center is withing walking distance. Hotel staff is very friendly and able to converse in English.

Everything was great, comfortable beds, AC heating, large room with even a dining table, large shower, possible to get fresh towels every day, clean, cozy lobby/kitchen/seating area at the entrance and staff was super nice and welcoming 💜 also 5min from the train station, several local onsen nearby, coin laundry. Overall easy to get around beppu, and to the ropeway and yufuin

BeppuOnsen Hotel Sansenkaku, a property with an open-air bath, is situated in Beppu, 20 km from Crasus Dome Oita, 700 metres from Beppu Station, as well as 12 km from Oita Station. We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is new, the onsens are pleasant, and everything was clean. Everything was provided — from robes to toiletries. It’s close to the station, and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Google Maps ohjasi meitä majapaikkaan sivukatuja pitkin, mukavampi reitti matkalaukkujen kanssa olisi ollut pääkatua pitkin. Huone oli tilava ja moderni. Keittiövälineet aamiaista varten oli riittävä. Aamiaistarpeita kannattaa ostaa ison ostoskeskuksen alakerrasta. Sängyt olivat leveät ja mukavat. Huoneemme oli sisäänkäynnin vieressä, mutta onneksi yöt olivat rauhallisia. Rautatieaseman takaa lähtevät bussit mm. Beppu Jigoku kuumien lähteiden kylään. Otimme mukaan kylpypyyhkeet ja onnistuimme varaamaan yksityisen kylvyn Onsenissa.

Situated in Yufu, 44 km from Crasus Dome Oita, Bessou Konjakuan features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. The facilities were amazing. We stayed in a room worn an onsen and it was wonderful. The dinner and the breakfast were plenty and very good. Staff were kind and polite.

Set in Beppu in the Oita region with Yama Jigoku and Hells of Beppu nearby, 別府鉄輪温泉 萬力屋manrikiya provides accommodation with access to a hot spring bath. This little ryokan is run by a really lovely family, mother, father and daughter. The daughter mostly looks after check in and check out and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The room that I had was easy to stay in, it was quite spacious and a toilet and sink were included which was convenient. There’s even a little elevator on the premises which makes life easier. The food in this ryokan is made from the heart and I was able to enjoy a delicious kaiseki dinner and full breakfast. On other mornings I ordered a small breakfast of delectable home made onigiri, miso soup, pickles and either a salad or tamagoyaki. My plan initially didn’t include the food so I was able to negotiate these. The little onsens are delightful. Location to other onsens and Jigoku, otherwise known as Hells of Beppu. There are plenty of accessible eateries nearby too.

Located in Beppu, 20 km from Crasus Dome Oita and 600 metres from Beppu Station, U&T House offers air conditioning. This apartment provides free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. Plenty of space, multiple bedrooms, full sized kitchen and dining area. Very good price (mid June). Well lit, very clean. Walking distance to many places.

Set in Beppu and only 24 km from Crasus Dome Oita, 徳の宿 ふぶ庵 offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. Lovely property, the spacious room and large onsen with views over the city. Very quiet and relaxing location. Staff was very friendly, attentive and very helpful.

5.3 km from Beppu Station in Beppu, 日本旅館 器 別府鉄輪 nihonryokan utsuwa beppukannnawa features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, spa facilities and public bath. Amazing property and terrific value for money. The room we stayed was seperate from the main building (a 2’ walk away) had an onsen bath + outdoor onsen areas and was simply stunning. Such a luxurious feel! You’re own private spa. Good location as well - walkable distance from the sights. (Hells of Beppu etc..) Would highly recommend.

Boasting a balcony with mountain views, an infinity pool and an open-air bath, TERRA Yufuin can be found in Yufu, close to Iwashita Collection and 47 km from Crasus Dome Oita. The in room private onsen pool is nice.
