It was nice to have enjoy at the shopping center and food & gourmet in Rinku Area. The fun of taking a walk in Rinku Park, Seaside Garden. I'm reminded of the joy of eating breakfast while looking down at the Kansasai International Airport from the 54th floor of the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights, 6 days and honestly it was the best hotel I stayed at for the two weeks I traveled across Japan. It located steps from Namba Station which is a huge plus. The staff working the hotel from the front desk to the restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a king room on the upper floors that overlooked Namba Station and the views at night were beautiful. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and the rainfall shower was a huge plus. Well worth the money.

There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

L'HOTEL THE FLAG Shinsaibashi, de 3 estrelles, està situat al centre d'Osaka, a 600 m del riu Dotonbori i de la roda de fira Ebisu tower, a 700 m del popular barri musical i comercial d'America... Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The staff were all very nice. We had to extend our stay for one more day and the staff accommodated our request though it was last minute. The room was bigger than your usual Japanese hotel but was still comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect. The hotel has a coffee machine, laundry area and a lounge area. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Water pressure was amazing and the shower was great with lots of soft towels
