I'm reminded of the joy of eating breakfast while looking down at the Kansasai International Airport from the 54th floor of the hotel.

I stayed here for 5 nights, 6 days and honestly it was the best hotel I stayed at for the two weeks I traveled across Japan. It located steps from Namba Station which is a huge plus. The staff working the hotel from the front desk to the restaurants were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a king room on the upper floors that overlooked Namba Station and the views at night were beautiful. Very spacious room, comfortable bed and the rainfall shower was a huge plus. Well worth the money.

It is in a quiet/non busy area which we appreciated. There were free amenities and drinks in the lobby, they even served free flowing wine on Christmas Day. 7Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, and Sukiya were all within walking distance. We likewise walked around 15-20mins to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, enjoyed the leisurely stroll. Easy to call for taxi or Uber in front of hotel.

Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and kind, the vibe of the building is just amazing, always feels heavenly here. The facilities are top notch with a clean gym and laundry service. Connectivity to stations is excellent and food delivery is very convenient as well.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Universal Studios, and it perfectly met my expectations as it is located right across from the park. The view of Universal from my room was also a fantastic bonus!

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. One of the best hotels we have ever used. Staff was extremely helpful. Room service was exceptional. Everything was cleaned to perfection. Water pressure was amazing and the shower was great with lots of soft towels
