With his vast travel experience, he can relate to traveller's requirements and willing to assist in making our stay as enjoyable and less stressful as possible eg booking restaurant, car rental. Tremendous help as locals in Rishiri don't speak English. The location is great, within walking distance to onsen - a very good onsen which we enjoyed a lot, car rental and good restaurant - Bonten and convenience store. We are very glad we chose this place to stay on Rishiri Island. The experience made it more memorable by Yuki when he cooked us a fantastic dinner one evening. Yuki has many talents, and he is passionate about Rishiri and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful - the food was excellent with lots of seafood including sea urchin - good location to access Mt Rishiri for climbing and lovelly old town port feeling. I would stay here again.

Location is very convenient near the ferry, shops including restaurants, and one of the island's onsens not too far away. The sea view from my room and from the bathroom was so refreshing! It was clean and fresh with ample supplies of towels and yukata (and coffee!) - and a helpful manager.
