Everything! The staff are very friendly and kind. The private bath with sauna and the beautiful house that we have been. The ryokan is exactly how we wanted to have for our japanese experience, clean and so comfortable with a nice wood bath. Included also an awesome dinner and breakfast! Besides that, the map with a passport is a great idea to know the local shops and very welcome people. By far the best staying! Thank you so much!

We stayed for 69days in Nebula K hotel. It was a real home from home. Landlord is such a good friend that he's practically family. Also recommended some tourist spots for us. He also can speak a lot of languages, such as English and Chinese and Japanese. So we don’t have any problem to communicate. So we’ll recommend this 10 out of 10 hotel to every tourist. We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home with my family. The house is immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The owner has thought of everything—providing numerous amenities and essentials in case you forget anything while traveling, which was so thoughtful and convenient. The location is ideal, situated right at the heart of the Kawagoe attractions. It’s just a short 5-minute walk to everything you’ll want to see, yet it remains peaceful and quiet, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. We highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!
