This gives the hotel a very cozy feel despite its size. The staff is extraordinary. I never had to wait to talk to a staff member and they were very helpful. The onsen is one of the best I experienced in larger hotels like this. It is a very nice oasis to come back to after a long day. I particularly liked that they also have a sauna. The location is ideal. There are lots of restaurants and bars literally right outside the hotel, the lake and the castle are both just a short stroll away. If I come back to Matsue, I will stay here again for sure.

Short walk from the train station and local attractions.

Rooms were excellent, we had four people, two in dorms two in single rooms, both were great, clean & cozy. Location is unbeatable, on the beach with a gorgeous view. Price was great for all rooms.

Inishie no Yado Keiun ofrece alojamiento 4 estrellas en Izumo, a 2,3 km de Playa Inasa y a 5 minutos a pie de Shimane Museum of Ancient Izumo. Fantastic facilities, great view from the room. I would go to Izumo again just to stay at this place.

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean, and the train station as well as the main sights were easily reachable by bus or on foot. A truly lovely little town with the best host imaginable! We could not have asked for better. The tatami rooms were beautiful with lovely views of the temples and trees. The hotel is set inside the temple complex within a forest of very tall old cedars and bamboo on a mountainside. The air was fresh and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and offered to drive us to the Adachi Museum of Art. We preferred to relax in the forest with the peace and quiet.
