Stayed 2 days at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They even had a English speaking staff to assist foreign tourists. I really felt "omotenashi" during my stay here. The facilities were great too and I'm so happy that they had free washing machine. You just needed to pay another 100 yen to dry your clothes for 20 mins. It was great that you could enjoy the onsen, wait for your laundry to finish, then enjoy the free ice-cream or probiotic drink after the onsen. Had breakfast during the New Year period and the food was great. There was a change in the menu on day 2, so I was impressed.

Amazing view of the ocean (just a few steps away), with a double rainbow (because it had recently rained), and spinning windmill in the background. Included access to laundry machine, free items in the fridge, general access to the whole house were great to have. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Wished I could have stayed another day to enjoy the cafe and watch the sunset when it wasn't cloudy.

The staff carefully explained the menu. They also serve supper, it’s so delicious.

My friend and I came to Matsue for holiday, and we had a great time staying here! Emi-san was a lovely host and was very attentive to our needs! She gave us many recommendations on what to do in the area that really made our trip!! The location is great as it is near the castle and boat tours. It was snowing when we went, but the Kian was easily accessible through public transport! The room itself was super clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and common areas were also kept very clean. We had a lovely time in Matsue, and enjoyed getting to come back to our cozy room at the end of a long day!

Noren Yado Meigetsu situa-se em Tsuwano, a 1,9 km de Santuário Taikodani Inari-jinja e a 1,7 km de Tsuwano Joushi. A very traditional Japanese accommodation in a very traditional little town. The location is quiet but close to everything. The house is exceptionally clean and the owner really works very hard to take care of her guests, to make sure they have an exceptional stay. We did not have dinner but the breakfast was delicious. Overall a lovely stay.
