We didn’t include breakfast in our stay as it was for 6 nights but did buy tickets for one morning and it was delicious for a reasonable price

From the hosts friendly welcome, to the great location and available parking space. The room was nice and traditional. If we ever return to Matsushima, we will visit this hotel again.

Offering a fitness centre free of charge, Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East has direct access to Sendai Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. The location is very convenient. The staff is helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

The 5 stars of hotel stays. Especially the Japanese style tatami room we really enjoyed. We never waited once for toilet or shower use the whole time we were there. The kitchen area was inviting and great to work from. The staff were very kind, and even though we had a misunderstanding at the beginning of our stay, in the end, everyone was very nice. Everything is quite close in Aizu to the hotel, the only downside is how far it is from the main station.

Beautiful, new and stylish. The rooms were very clean and modern and comfortable. Really lovely restaurant for breakfast and a trendy quiet hotel bar. The onsen was also very nice. Great location if you want to stay in Aomori and visit other places in the area.

Great clean hotel, a bit out of city center. Massively spacious for its price. Easy to communicate with the hotel through WhatsApp. On-site food and drinks available. The staff was beyond exceptional, offered car rides into the city both on the evening of the festival and after checking out. Super friendly and great English both from the manager and car drivers.

Very nice people, clean facilities, cute bar downstairs, with spacious rooms and delicious breakfast (paid). It was a very enjoyable experience. Please do mind that most activity plays at the other part of Matsushima, which is about half an hour walking.
