We stayed in the most exceptional room at the Hotel Indigo Shibuya. Beyond the incredible corner view of the Shibuya Scramble crossing, it was beautifully designed with all the necessities and then some tucked away in hidden drawers and pockets within the suite. The view spanned three floor to ceiling windows, offering us a view though to Tokyo midtown over Yoyogi Park and the Southeastern Ku of Tokyo. The bathroom suite was stunning, with a full-size bathtub, rain shower and hand shower - perfect for a relaxing spa bath experience after a long day of exploring the city and beyond. As the end cap to our ten day trip to Japan, this was the most special experience and we are immensely grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and an ATM. the family rooms with bunk beds are designed perfectly for a family with kids. The stay becomes very comfortable and also enjoyable. We loved the way the room was furnished with all the required amenities without compromising on free space. The breakfast spread was good every day. It had a bunch of vegetarian options which was superb for us. The location of the hotel is perfect if you are going towards Disneyland, TeamLabs, Legoland etc. the metro station is right in front of the hotel. Furthermore, it is only three stops away from the Tokyo station. Breakfast, location, wi-fi, room size, amenities - all were really good. There is a convenience store right inside the hotel and a currency exchange machine too. Hotel reception staff were fluent in English and were helpful with information about things outside the hotel.

Situated conveniently in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku is set 500 metres from Yodobashi Church, 600 metres from Yoroi Jinja Shrine and less than 1 km from Kanda Josui... The location is perfect. It’s in the main area of Tokyo, Shinjuku, but quiet zone. It’s perfect for families. The room got kitchen and all equipment for cooking. It’s important for us to prepare home made food for our 2-year-old child. At first I only booked 1 night the small room. Then I decided to extend 1 more night but all small rooms got booked so only the big room was available then we went for it. So the experience for both rooms are good. The small one also got kitchen and everything we needed to cook and the living room is a bit smaller and there’s one big bedroom. And the shower is smaller. Other than that, the rest is the same. Both are comfortable. The big room got 2 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 toilets and 1 big bathroom. Obviously it’s more spacious and we feel more comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay. The last but not the least, the staff and the owner are beyond nice! They literally helped us with anything. Super friendly. They moved all the luggages for us to the room which is a lot considering there’s no elevator. Whenever we have any questions or need help with washing machine or else, the owner is there at the front desk all day long to attend to people, which is really impressive and professional. Highly appreciated!

Stylish, classic but not overly posh. Such a kind staff. Multiple metro stations nearby. The room with a bath with a window was amazing.

Conveniently set in the centre of Tokyo, SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL formerly Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu provides air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. From perfect location, to tasty breakfast, we were very satisfied with this accomodation. The hotel staff was very pleasant and very helpful too. Almost every night, there was a DJ at Lobby bar, so it was very lively there, which, for me, is a plus. The room was on a smaller scale, but it was practical, clean and quiet, with a beautiful view at buildings surrounding our Hotel. We even saw a Tokyo Tower from window. I would book this hotel again.
