We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The location is also perfect as it’s a walking distance from Shibuya station and some local restaurants nearby. There’s also a Don Quijote and cafe in the same building which was nice. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Shibuya.

The room is very ergonomically designed and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an adapter for Japanese sockets and a coffee machine with high-quality coffee capsules. Very comfortable bathroom. Super modern laundry room on the floor. The staff is simply charming. I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved the 10th floor that had a view of the Sky Tree and offered tea and some asakusa delicacies, it was a nice place for a break before we headed out again for the evening.
