Honestly the room was a very good size for a twins beds room for two people with fairly large suitcases, with a little table and chairs lounge style to eat in the room. For a very reasonable price. It was perfect. Also love the fact that our toilet room and the shower room are separate. I love when they do this. Other little details, very close to Tokyo Disney (maybe 20 minutes but it's three stops from the train station) The nearest train station is across the street, and on the other side of the station is a supermarket.

Great location in Shinjuku, very close to the subway station and the train to the airport. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed during our stay! Guests are provided with personal hygiene amenities, slippers, and even umbrellas, which was a very nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for a group of 7 friends, especially considering Tokyo standards. The only small downside was the lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place for groups of friends :)

We loved the 10th floor that had a view of the Sky Tree and offered tea and some asakusa delicacies, it was a nice place for a break before we headed out again for the evening.
