Very good location 200 meters walk from.metro station. They provide free transfer to/from Haneda airport (based on schedule). Room was clean and really big compared to japanrese standards.

The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

The service offering is very good for the price, the bath salts were a lovely idea for guests to create their own blend.There is a small shop attached to the hotel to get basic provisions from.

Great location for Toyosu Market, TeaLabs and Odaiba Marine Park. Also handy to catching the Narita Airport Limousine from Toyosu Station. Beautiful views from the hotel and onsen. Staff friendly and helpful.

Situated conveniently in the Shinjuku Ward district of Tokyo, Rosenheim Tokyo Shinjuku is set 500 metres from Yodobashi Church, 600 metres from Yoroi Jinja Shrine and less than 1 km from Kanda Josui... The staff was AMAZING they were super kind and attentive, excellent customer service! They also helped us shipping our bags to the next hotel. It's close to the train station (less than 10 min walk) and to 2 different subway stations(both max 20 min walk). So easy to move to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Asakusa and everywhere else. We highly recommend it!

The free lounge was amazing, the breakfast was good and filling. The room was relatively big and comfortable compared to other hotels in Tokyo. There were also many pillows to choose from and the room was well kept.

It’s a cute little hotel, super convenient in front of the metro. It’s extremely clean, quiet, the mattress is hard (which I loved) and the breakfast is incredible.

This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage space and free WiFi.... Super close to the train station, supermarket, convenience store, and also a 24-hour food joint. Has a laundromat, gym, and sauna on the same floor as our room :) The charging plugs were all within reach and enough for all 4 of us to charge our devices. Friendly staff as well, they helped us arrange the luggage delivery to Osaka :-) Overall super satisfied and would stay again if I return to Tokyo!

Composed of 2 buildings, The Okura Tokyo boasts a garden and bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. Everything! The incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful staff made our stay flawless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, our expansive city views (Prestige corner room) were stunning - Tokyo Tower was so close and beautiful at night when it was lit up, the bathroom with its deep soaking tub and shower (rainfall, wand, and massaging jets) was loaded with amenities and toiletries. The pajamas and robe were soft and super comfortable. Service was attentive and gracious. We loved the breakfast buffet at Orchid - an extensive spread with both Japanese and Western offerings, delicious pastries, a station for made-to-order eggs, a nice balance of savory and sweet. There’s even a Lawson on street level of the building.
