Set in Shirahama and only 700 metres from Shirarahama Beach, クリスタルエグゼ南紀白浜2 offers accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. This was a great surprise. Good one. The aparthotel is located 10 min walk from the beach. A bit steep, but easily doable. Our apartment was fantastic. Specious with all the possible Japanese mod coms. There was at least 5 heating setting at the bathroom including one for drying clothes. And the washing machine and a dishwasher were there too. Kitchen fully equipped. Washing and beauty products provided in excess. Basically you could live there as in your own home. Staff was very friendly. They serve breakfast ( extra charge) that looked very nice, but we were jet lagged so never tried them.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Guest House Suzumeno Kakurembo is set in Koyasan, 37 km from Kishi Station and 44 km from Matsushita Park. The staff is extremely friendly. They help you at all times. I even arrived a day early by mistake, and they were fully booked, so they helped me find a place to stay. The place is very clean and quiet. It has an excellent restaurant with delicious food. The location is perfect. You can walk to any point of interest, and there are also bus stops nearby. I would come back a thousand times.

Located in the sacred Koyasan area, Saizenin offers simple accommodation surrounded by mountains and many temples. Paikka henki uskomatonta rauhaa. Todella kaunis paikka. Henkilökunta oli huomaavaista ja ystävällistä. Oli hienoa osallistua aamuseremoniaan. Onsen oli siisti ja kivan näköinen. Aamullakin olisi ollut kiva kylpeä.

Shukubo Koya-san Eko-inissä on tarjolla japanilaistyylistä majoitusta 1 000 vuotta vanhassa buddhalaistemppelissä, johon kuuluu kaunis puutarha. Saatavilla on ilmainen Wi-Fi. Great monastery experience! The place was peaceful and comfortable, the staff was excellent, and the onsen was fantastic. The entire experience was perfect. They offered a meditation class and a special ritual, both of which were truly beautiful experiences. The food was memorable

Situated in Nachikatsuura, 1.6 km from Nachi Beach, Pension Sora features accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Really enjoyed my stay at Sora. The staff is especially very friendly and welcoming, the beach nearby is really relaxing and I would even say that it's the best one in the area. The view is also stunning. Looking forward to comming here next time!

Comfort Hotel Kii Tanabe is set in Tanabe, 5.3 km from Tanabe City Museum of Art and 6.9 km from Kamitonda Concert Hall. Everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and it makes a big difference nowadays, thank you again, I definitely recommend this place!

Unique old style house but very comfortable with just the right amount of modern conviences (heaters, well stocked kitchen, comfortable futons). House was beautiful. Great location, only steps away from Hayatama Taisha and a 15 min walk to Kamakura shrine. Also, host was very welcoming and helpful.

NONAGASE GUEST HOUSE, a property with a garden, is situated in Chikatsuyu, 300 metres from Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art, 29 km from Kamitonda Concert Hall, as well as 31 km from Hosshinmon Oji... Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host and staff are very friendly and helpful. Meals are delicate and delicious. Would like to stay here again.

簡易宿所 ふくろく is located in Shingu, less than 1 km from Kamikura Shrine, a 13-minute walk from Shingu Castle Ruins Park, as well as 1.4 km from Kumano Hayatama Taisha. Such a lovely stay with the best okonomiyaki just down the road! Hospitality was amazing and even gave us some manju that they make in their shop to try!! Delicious! Perfect stay in a great location for the kumano kodo trail. Would definitely stay again!
