The building and the rooms are super traditional and charming and spacious and comfortable. There was a shaved ice machine and prepared ice and sirup, very tasty! Fantastic location, there is a great temple right next to it. The host was super friendly and helpful, he made the stay great!

I Shingu, under 1 kilometer fra Kamikura Shrine, ligger 簡易宿所 ふくろく, som har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Undoubtedly, this place was one of the best accommodations I have been. The place is spotless. Seiko is a Super Host. She was very helpful to my request. Getting out of the train station you can turn to the left and after crossing the railway it is a two-minutes walk, there is a mini supermarket just in front of the accommodation and a big supermarket 4 minutes up the main road. The Villa is so adorable, if you have time for a little stroll, you will enjoy it. I strongly recommend it.

Run me through all the equipment and helped with my luggage and time issue. Also the room is super clean and equipped with everything you need. Definitely recommend.

I Tanabe, bare 2 minutters gange fra Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art og 29 kilometer fra Kamitonda konserthus ligger 民宿 和合 Minshuku WAGO. The guesthouse is exceptionally maintained, homey atmosphere, friendly host, great diner, breakfast and lunchbox for the next day. The host cooked Japanese pizza, which I learned was Okonomiyaki, right at the diner table. We were offered 3 types of alcoholic drinks, plum wine, sake, and snake wine, there was actually a snake in the wine jar! It's located in the village center, right on the Kumano Kodo route. The room was very spacious. It was a perfect first stop on Kumano Kodo. I was so lucky to stumble on this guesthouse only 2 weeks before my trip, the rooms are usually booked over 6 months in advance.
