Everything sparkling clean and comfortable as usual. Friendly, helpful people. A welcome, toasty room on a very cold day! Great location, good facilities, comfy bed. Excellent!

Located in the sacred Koyasan area, Saizenin offers simple accommodation surrounded by mountains and many temples. I’m not sure if I can sum up the experience in a few words but here we go: if you are looking to live an authentic experience at Koyasan, Saizenin is without a doubt the best place to do so. For starters, the monks and staff were so friendly and helpful, explaining each step or indication carefully. The person at the front desk spoke amazing English and even German! The rooms are so comfortable and big for Japan size of course. Ours overlooked a small garden and the entrance. One of the things I loved the most was the location, right in front of the temple complex. The food was delicious and had us saying “wow” with each bite. Also, don’t pass on the opportunity to bathe in the classic onsen, so clean and so worth it! I would come back a million times and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

Nastanitev Pension Sora je v mestu Nachikatsuura, 18 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Nachi Beach, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter skupni prostor za druženje. Lovely owners, with great English! We were there to see the Nachi waterfall which was a great location to do this! We had also hired a car and they were very accommodating with parking ! Would definitely recommend x

The hotel was a convenient distance from the station. It was clean and staff were welcoming. Way better than Comfort Inns in Canada. Check-in and check-out was smooth, breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and well laid out.

Unique old style house but very comfortable with just the right amount of modern conviences (heaters, well stocked kitchen, comfortable futons). House was beautiful. Great location, only steps away from Hayatama Taisha and a 15 min walk to Kamakura shrine. Also, host was very welcoming and helpful.

Nastanitev NONAGASE GUEST HOUSE je v mestu Chikatsuyu, 3 min hoje od znamenitosti Kumanokodo Nakahechi Museum of Art, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter bar. The food was the best that I had on my trip, they had Japanese cuisine mixed with Italian techniques, the drinks were also great. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The vibes of the room and the whole house were unique. Plus, if you are doing the Kumano Kodo, Nonagase Guest House is right on the path and so you don't have to take a detour and the nearest shop is like a 10 minute walk.

Nastanitev 長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel se nahaja v mestu Shingu, 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Kamikura Shrine in 700 m od znamenitosti Kumano Hayatama Taisha, ter ponuja vrt, brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi... One of our best stays in Japan! The host was extremely nice and spoke English. We arrived earlier than check in and were able to store our belongings in the temple. We asked the host for restaurant recommendations and he went above and beyond to help us find a place to eat (the ramen restaurant he recommended was very nice). The free alcohol was definitely a plus, we had a lot of fun!
