The hotel was very well located, and the staff were exceptionally nice and kind. The room was clean and equipped with all the amenities you might need, offered free of charge. The complimentary shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko train station is definitely a plus. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji because of the weather, but this hotel is definitely a must!

Great vibe, nice ambiance in the main areas. Beautiful architecture and decoration. Dinner and bar was exceptional and very well priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Great shower pressure and facilities. Japanese style room was beautiful and very comfortable futons.

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Everything was amazing, I’m glad I booked this place on for my birthday stay. I wake up with a fabulous view of Mt.Fuji, and the price was fair not too expensive. All the staffs are friendly, the hot springs were amazing as well, they also arrange shuttle bus for us upon arrival.
