The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen, can't recommend it enough.

Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya is located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. After several days in impersonal Tokyo hotels, this lovely guesthouse was so restorative. The staff is wonderful - always friendly and welcoming. The room is cosy and nice. Location is excellent. The shabu-shabu dinner that can be ordered for an extra fee was really good, and a great experience.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. the staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the beds were very large and the food in the restaurant was incredible!
