All was new and clean. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to fujiq and half an hour to lake. Theres a huge mall 10 minutes away. They have projector with netflix/youtube etc. Staff do everything to satisfy any needs. They offers free shuttle bus when you leave.

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Wonderful stay and kind staff 🤍🤍 I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. But what truly made my experience special was the kindness of the staff, especially Minori, who was very helpful even after my stay. She kindly sent me my forgotten item from Japan with great care and attention. I really appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit Japan next time.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. Amazing place. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The room we had was wonderful, with the most beautiful view over the lake and great beds.
