Very friendly front of house staff, great location, views of Mt Fuji from the open air roof top, which has some tables and chairs to relax at. The 4oom size was big, lots of room for 4 people with luggage.

The staff were excellent, very friendly approachable and gave us a warm welcoming. The view of fuji from our villa was exactly like described and pictured! It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Retreat Camp Mahoroba ligger 5,3 kilometer fra Kawaguchisjøen og har en terrasse, grillutstyr og et felleskjøkken. Boenhetene har et fullt utstyrt minikjøkken med kjøleskap og kokeplater. I was only staying here for a short while. The staff were so very warm and kind. Every single one of them. They made my trip so much better and far more memorable than i previously would have thought. As a solo traveler they really made me feel more than welcome. For me, this meant a lot. Thank you all so much. As for the stay itself; the view is stunning, the location itself is very nearby everything you should want to see. Be sure to go to ubuyagasaki for some nice pictures of fuji, or just make some at the camp itself.

I Fujikawaguchiko, under 1 kilometer fra Kawaguchisjøen, ligger HOSTEL MICHIKUSA-YA, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering og en fellesstue. The owner is extremely kind, warm and helpful. He picked us up from the train station. He also advised us in what to do near by and reserved for us in a place to dinner. Had an amazing time with an amazing view

Wafu Guesthouse Kashiwaya is located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station and a 7-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Interchange on the Chuo Expressway. Location, hospitality of staff always willing to helpful and making you feel as being at home. Will recommend this guesthouse 100%

Kagelow Mt.Fuji Hostel Kawaguchiko has been newly renovated in September 2015. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. There are shared bathrooms on the ground floor, and Mt. Somewhat near the Kawaguchiko station. It’s about 15 mins walk from the station. It was kind of tough walking with a luggage but the views certainly made up for it. The room was clean, the bathrooms were clean and equipped with basic necessities, and the pantry/kitchen was clean. Overall I definitely enjoyed my stay here!

Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room beautifully merged 'Japandi' aesthetics, a blend of Japanese and Western styles. This is, by far, my favorite hotel in Japan. Although the staff didn't speak English, their efforts to assist were commendable and appreciated. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. The Onsen attached to the hotel is the best I experienced during my entire trip in Japan. The view of Mt. Fuji on my last day from the window was unforgettable. I will definitely return

Right on the shore of the scenic Kawaguchiko Lake, Hotel New Century boasts spacious Japanese-style rooms overlooking the lake and Mount Fuji. Good service and staff are very kind.
