They were incredibly welcoming and even accommodated an early check in, which made a huge difference since we were travelling with young kids. The apartments were spotless, something that is especially important when you have small children, and we were really impressed with the level of cleanliness and care. Our kids had an amazing time and the environment felt safe, comfortable and very family friendly. Communication was also excellent. Every inquiry we made was handled promptly and reliably, which made planning and coordination very easy for us. Overall, everything went extremely well.
