The owner was on the property by the time of arrival. The place was clean and ready, just like coming home. The pool was welcoming and we hopped right in. The kitchen is huge and there is a lot of space for cooking.

Offering a year-round outdoor pool, The Aberdare Country Club is situated within a 1,300-acre wildlife sanctuary in Mweiga, in the Central Region. Great location off the main track and given the poor roads, was a pleasant surprise from the second the gate opened. Very personalized staff, rooms over looking endless landscaped gardens with Peacocks, Warthogs, Zebra's, Impalas, Eland's and list goes on. The Rothschild Giraffe's were a special treat and the horse ride among them was the Cherry on the cake! Supposed to have Leopards but never saw them...

The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen amenities were more than adequate for preparing meals and snacks. The hostwas also very professional in their communication and granted us a short extension on the check-out time.
