The common areas between the apartments offer great possibilities to hang around, eat food or just to enjoy the day. The room was comfortable and offered everything as expected. The price was definitely fair. We will absolutely book this place again!

Use satellite mode in GoogleMap and you can see the shorter road to the hotel. Go that way, you may feel like "is this the good road" but yes, it is better than the other road.

The beds in the yurt are comfortable. The yurt is warm in winter and the area is clean.

Dmitry is an amazing host. I felt like I was visiting my extended family. The location is perfect, next to the park with all kinda arts and proximity to the beach. Hot springs are just a 15-minute walk. The garden he tends to is exceptional, I fell in love with the trees. The room is cozy and clean and has heated floors! Almost futuristic for Kyrgyzstan.

Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. A lot of renovation has clearly taken plans and continues to, as they expand. But nothing disturbed us. The lake and beach are just a short 5 minute walk from the Guesthouse. The breakfast was a nice experience, too. We really felt like guests rather than customers. By the way, the pics don't make it clear, but we had the room with one king bed and two twins, and the twins are actually located in a separate bedroom, so the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Highly recommend!
