This hotel is the place to go to if you want to know why family run places in general are better than big hotels, because this is an example of a family hotel when it's at its best. We were extremely well taken care of and looked after during our stay.

Featuring free bikes and views of lake, Savet Family Homestay & Tour is a recently renovated homestay located in Battambang, 600 metres from Bamboo Train Battambang. My wife and I stayed with Mr. Savet and his family for a weekend. The location of his house is perfect, tucked away between rice fields and farms. Absolutely beautiful. Our hut was very clean and comfortable with three fans and a lovely big mosquito net over the bed. Mr Savet and his family were extremely warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. They fetched us from the bus station and helped transport us to all the places of interest. Mr Savet even took us for a drive through his village. This was our favourite part. The village is hidden among trees and farmland. His wife made us wonderful breakfast as well. This place is a hidden gem!

Such a beautiful family who make you feel so very welcome. It’s so much more than some accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights and ate with the family both nights. Mom, the daughter prepared absolutely delicious food for us with a great variety of dishes. Breakfast is at Mom’s coffee shop around the corner. Wholeheartedly recommend!

One of our most memorable stays, and we stayed for only one night. Pisai is the nicest, most warm host you will meet. She welcomed us so nicely and the kids there are so sweet. We had a blast playing with them. Breakfast was delicious, and the room and hot shower were clean. Wiish we had an extra day to spend more time there.

Located in the heart of Khmer Wat Kor Village, Maisons Wat Kor is a boutique hotel with an outdoor swimming pool and massage services. Rooms have a terrace offering garden or pool views. Beautiful, charming, friendly: just a perfect stay. Mattress was too hard to my taste but I asked and they provided a topper and all was then perfect again.

Located in Wat Kor Village, 4 km from Psar Nat shopping area, Battambang Resort features bright and modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and views of a garden or lake. We absolutely loved everything about this property! The beautiful settings, the serenity of the place, the politeness and the smile of the staff, our immaculate lake room with a nice patio, the food served at breakfast and lunch/dinner, the assistance provided by the front desk staff in discovering the region, etc., etc. A truly excellent experience!!! Just steps away from the center, this resort completely won our hearts. The setting is stunning—ideal for relaxing and recharging—and the atmosphere is so peaceful. A big shout-out to the amazing team for their kindness and to Matthieu, the owner, who welcomed us with such care. We’re leaving with beautiful memories… and only one thought: we’ll be back soon

Absolute lovely location with great staff and service. Owner told me he build everything by himself with the help of his family which is very impressive. Good people who care a lot about your well-being. The owner had great recommendations for tour and tuktuk-service. Room was clean, comfortable and good for the price. Highly recommend!

Set in Battambang, 1.9 km from Battambang Museum, Hi Homestay offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a restaurant. Hi Homestay is the place to be in Battambang! I had a great stay for two nights with mr Hi and ji family. The room is in the family house, which is a beautiful house. The bed is comfortable, there is an AC in the room, and everything is very clean. Bathroom is very nice and shower is good. The homestay a bit out of town so more of a quiet area, which I loved. You can easily get around with Grab. It’s close to some of the intercity bus stops.
