Super friendly owners, clean accommodation and as a big bonus cute kitties that came to cuddle! They prepared excellent food and (medicinal) coffee, which is a great plus. The location and village is great, you can both relax and have fun. Friendly and funny cats come visit the property.

Superb gem in an unexpected rural location( easily explained as the hotel sits prominently on an intersection of 2 province boundaries) . All staff and (new?) manager incredibly courteous, polite and very helpful and efficient. Lovely spacious, light airy room with big double doors opening onto a big balcony enough for table and chairs outdoors times. It's so much more a full hotel facility than it's "guesthouse" name. Big Lobby Reception,Large restaurant, elevator, rooftop bar. High-quality furniture and furnishings, bedding etc. Hotel only 3yrs old and also refurbished or improved more in the last year Ideal if you have a vehicle, the only very minor negative is the location is about 1.3kms from Srae Ambel rural township and Passapp hailing doesn't operate there. But the hotel staff will readily find an arrangement for you. ( my recommendation might be a simple little buggy type free shuttle...?) Very very highly recommended, one of the best surprises I've found throughout my 3yrs nomadic traveling across S.E.Asia

Done right is a beautiful place to stay. Sami welcomed us like friends. There is a lovely garden around the doms. The first thing you see in the morning are the trees above your head through the small ceiling window. For breakfast, we recommend the eggs benedict! We also had some very nice time around Nesat, at the mangrove, the lagoon, the beaches, even a view point on a mountain nearby. In Nesat we took part of a volleyball match and a treasure hunt. You can plan more than 2 days here!

Located in Phumĭ Chroŭy Svay, The Cocoon provides a garden. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. The guest house has facilities for disabled guests. We really enjoyed our time at the Cocoon, Sibel was really nice and helpful, always making sure we had everything we need and advising us on things to do in the area. The place is really clean and tidy, we could see that effort is done to keep things that way. No bad surprises and nothing to complain about
