The pool during the day and at night is such a lovely relaxing location. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The first room I was offered was perhaps a little tucked away on the ground floor, and I was concerned about noise from the pool (as I needed a really early night/was jetlagged). That said they found a bigger room at a very reasonable upgrade price on the top floor which was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and they happily kept a bag for me on my day of departure. Overall I was a very, very satisfied customer.

Location was perfect for exploring with most sites walking distance. (Royal palace is just next door!) Lovely views from the room. Staff are all warm, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful spaces for dining with lush gardens as a backdrop. Room itself was well appointed, nicely decorated in Khmer style. comfortable bed and with choice of pillows from menu. Highly recommend staying here.

Centrally located in Phnom Penh, Plantation Urban Resort & Spa is situated directly behind the Royal Palace. What an oasis in the area of the Royal Palace. The best hotel in our 3 weeks of travel. Very spacious rooms and clean. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Both of the restaurants have great food. The swimming pool area is peacefull and has a beautiful garden surrounding around it.

Tucked away on the side street so it is quite even though my room was on the first floor. The room was well appointed and spacious. The bed and pillows had the right firmness. The staff were very helpful and even walked me to the adjacent bus terminal and assisted me with my onward travel. The security guard was also helpful in ensuring I got on the correct tuk tuk. I have already booked another stay with them on my return leg back to Phnom Penh.
