The staff were all super friendly, kind and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bed and an amazing shower. The breakfast was incredible too (a rich buffet plus a personal breakfast made on order). From the moment I entered till the moment I left, I felt like a VIP guest, thanks to their exceptional hospitality and service.

The pool had an amazing view and the best food we had in Cambodia.

Everything was perfect. We had two rooms and we are really satisfied. Really good value for money. Staff is very friendly. We were there for 3 nights. The swimming pool area was so nice. We sat there both days for some hours to relax. There is a refrigerator in the room where you can have some softdrinks/beer and enjoy at the pool area on the top of the building. Great view. Hotel is situated perfect in the city. You can walk or have a tuk tuk.There is not a restaurant in the hotel, we had breakfast and dinner at different restaurants. Phnom Penh is a fabulous city, nice people and food. I would be more than happy to recommend The Scenic Hotel.
