The location is totally spot on close to everything and Pub Street about 10 minutes walk.

As the hotel is a bit hidden away on a smaller road, it still feels very calm and peaceful. - The infinity pool surrounded by big palm trees and comfortable relax chairs is one of the main highlights of the hotel! The water is a bit chilly, but perfect to cool down as it can get very hot during the day. The pool area feels like a small green oasis, allowing you to quickly escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. - The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile on their face. They are also more than happy to inform you of the different activities and book them for you. - I did not have breakfast included, but had a fresh fruit platter at the restaurant. This must have been the best fruit platter I had during my stay in Cambodia. Very fresh and tasty! They also offer complementary afternoon tea and snacks, which are very tasty! - Our room was spacious, tidy, and had everything needed (well functioning air conditioning unit and a safe for your valuable belongings). I enjoyed the simplicity of the room and the cleanness of the bathroom.

Lovely hotel located in a not too busy location, which was to my delight. The staffs were very friendly, everyone of them. Surprising complimentary meal & goodbye gift that reflect the local culture, really really thoughtful and appreciated indeed! Makes me wanna go back again soon.

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. Very professionally ran, down to the smallest detail everything was perfect. Very clean, staff are very attentive and kind.

We usually stay at 5 starts hotels during our vacations and do a thorough research before booking something so basically I am saying that we are picky especially we travel with two small kids :) I would like to say that this is probably one of the best hotels we stayed at with the best services and staff. We had free pick up and drop off from the airport in a nice modern van/ SUV-at return, the driver gave us wet towels to refresh and cold coconut water in the car. We had a complimentary bottle of red wine in the room, sodas, water and fruits. We were offered free laundry every day and it was very useful since it is so hot outside and we needed to change many times. I was offered a random cocktail and a cold dessert when I went swimming in their amazing pool. The highlight of our stay it was the complimentary message for two. Amazing hotel and services!!! We also had complimentary free tuk tuk drive to the city. It was just perfect! We would definitely return to the same place! I highly recommend it! Best value for money!
