My room had a nice view over the Harbour, all the amenities necessary, it is spacious, nice TV, beautiful bathrooms, and free access to Spa (sauna/hammam/turkish bath) + the flying theater which is a must-do! I’ve had lunch in the restaurant and in room-dining service and would definitely recommend this place!

The hotel is exceptional . All the staff at the reception , room services , restaurants are very professional, very polite and understanding . Special thank you to Dildora and Aruzan at the main restaurant for wonderful service and great food . Kamila at the reception desk is extremely accommodating . Definitely will come back .

Baglan (the owner) is very hospitable and also organises tours to Otrar and Sauran for very good price. The location is close to the main attractions. It was very hard to leave. Highly recommend!

The courtyard is beautifully decorated, and it's a quiet neighbourhood yet close to everything. The breakfast was super great and filling, and the host was so warm and friendly. He helped me with everything and I really appreciated his kindness. I highly recommend this place! - Hot consistent shower in a beautiful and spacious marble area - Great washroom overall - Very spacious rooms - Great location, safe neighbourhood - Very kind and helpful host - Great WiFi - Really delicious and filling breakfast!

The room,the location the view all were amazing. You're in the middle of the attractions. The flying theatrr was wonderful and the fountain show was awesome.The hotel is a just walking distance to the must visit in Turkestan. I would like to thank Ms Diana from the front for her help and kindness.

Very clean, bunk beds with curtains for added privacy, very large kitchen/communal area, great location for visiting the Khoja Ahmed Yasawi mausoleum, but above all, amazing staff! Shout out to Salamat who was super helpful and friendly, he went over and beyond to help me from booking a taxi from the station when my app wouldn’t work, to helping with arranging transport to visit another mausoleum outside the city, to sorting out a payment with a taxi driver who didn’t have change, and giving out infos on the city & all the sightseeing, always making sure via text that everything was going smoothly! Also another member of staff, who I bumped into on the bus, helped me there too! Just great customer service

Nearby you have many choices for restaurants and shops. The host speaks English quite well and helps me with the luggage very friendly. To visit the mausoleum only 10 minutes by walk.
