The room size is good and bathrooms are new , clean and comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Try to help with anything we asked. Reception work perfect . We just loved the time we spend at this hotel. Watching show of fountains at night from the room balcony is the other bonus .

The courtyard is beautifully decorated, and it's a quiet neighbourhood yet close to everything. The breakfast was super great and filling, and the host was so warm and friendly. He helped me with everything and I really appreciated his kindness. The location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They sent text messages with daily offerings and programs. The rooms were clean with great views and a comfortable bed. Directly from the hotel you have the fountain show and canal with boat rides. Its like you are in an ancient town the entire time you are walking to museums, entertainment areas and restaurant's including the famous UNESCO Mausoleum. There is also ancient archeological ruins within a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The SPA center was also included and had a steam room, sauna and hammam. The breakfast was excellent. We only have good things to say about the hotel. We highly recommend it.

Salamat was the person i meet first when I reached hostel, he is very good in communication with others, he was super helpful, he knew best tourist attraction's in turkistan, he helped me in getting a esim for a great deal. The receptionist Laila was also super helpful. The breakfast is very good
