Guests can make use of a bar. We had a lovely time on Don Det and loved our accommodation- very comfortable, clean and convenient. Lots of hot water, balcony overlooking the Mekong and aircon. The owner was super kind and let us check in early as we had had a very long bike ride to get there - we were very grateful. We also used the laundry service and restaurant and booked a sunset cruise.

Xavier was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He helped us rent motorbikes hassle free at a reasonable price and gave us tips on exploring the beautiful Bolaven Plateau. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we really felt at home during our three-night stay. I am very sensitive to bugs and we had absolutely no issues with that throughout our stay at Bolaven trail guesthouse. The host even surprised us with a fantastic baguette for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better host or a better place to stay in Pakse. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience in Laos. Thank you to Xavier for making our trip so special.
