Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. Everything. I arrived there just after the cyclone and even if the park was closed they arranged a nice tour around and a temple visit. Very nice!

Very stylish decor, yet comfortable and well harmonized to the nature. Way beyond expectations. The service was so warm and welcoming. The Safari tour was superb. Drivers were so polite and their service was so elegant. The owner was so kind and reliable to help us. One of the best experiences in my hotel stays.

The room and facilities were of a very high standard, clean and most satisfying. The owners were really accommodating. They really could not have done anymore. They checked in on me everyday, whilst allowing me to enjoy my alone time. The breakfast was above and beyond. It felt like I was eating at a palace. They served me western and Sri Lankan food, encouraging me to try new variations. The owners themselves are just wonderful people, who will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Set in Tissamaharama, 4.3 km from Tissa Wewa, My Resort Yala offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This is a very comfortable hotel and the family who runs it is lovely! They took me to see bats flying at sunset and cooked incredible meals. I also did the full day safari - my guide was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the animals’ environment.
