A very special place. Most of the guests only stay for a night or two. But we‘ve stayed for 5 nights and definitely recommend the same to everyone that is looking for true relaxation and fabulous service.

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time to spend in Wellawaya and at River Cottage. I recommend a refreshing bath in the river in the morning.

The property was well maintained and managed well from all aspects. The staff was very helpful especially mr. Inbarajah. They also helped us cook our own vegetarian food at a separate place near dining area.

The property is very beautiful, set in a lovely garden overlooking the lake. The room is very spacious and very clean, both the bedroom and the bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful and very good, served on the wooden porch. But above is the homeowner who are incredibly kind and special!!!!! Absolutely advised

The staff were all brilliant. We really enjoyed the safari organised by the hotel, it was good value and well worth paying a little extra for the guide. Also enjoyed the boat ride on the lake next to the properly.

Drawing inspiration from traditional village, Jetwing Kaduruketha - Level 1 Certified is a luxurious eco agro-resort. the view was exceptional. a true nature filled stay. my kids enjoyed it, and we left with our hearts filled with contentment.

Kataragama kodumajutus asub Kataragamas Kataragama templi lähedal, 18 km kaugusel Situlpawwast. Kohapeal on aiavaatega terrass, tasuta jalgrattad ja aed. This homestay exceeded my expectations, the room was nice with a lot of space for your luggage, the bathroom was very nice, and we loved the hammocks outside. We arrived way earlier that expected and our rooms were ready, we were welcomed with tea and we had the best hosts. The host arranged our safari, and even joined us and he was the one who spotted the leopard right at the end. Absolutely wondeful homestay.

Located in Kataragama, 15 km from Tissa Wewa and 23 km from Situlpawwa, Yala Thaman offers a garden and air conditioning. Yala Thaman hosts like no other that we have seen so far. In a nice quiet area, you can relax in air conditioned rooms or move over to the dining area and enjoy the climate of Kataragama. In close proximity to Kataragama city we were easily able to access the city and other local attractions through the taxi service that is offered with your room fee. The beautiful family that owns the hotel were always happy to drop everything to help out with anything that you might need. Would recommend 10/10

Featuring free bikes and views of mountain, Sam's Stay Buduruwagala is a recently renovated guest house located in Wellawaya, 39 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge. Brand new bungalow with large spacious room, modern bathroom and separate pantry. The grounds were beautifully clapped, and it was a wonderful stay easy to find, and the host were very gracious he also has a small café near the rock Buddha, which was on the river with comfortable scenery and beautiful setting
