But we‘ve stayed for 5 nights and definitely recommend the same to everyone that is looking for true relaxation and fabulous service.

We enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time to spend in Wellawaya and at River Cottage. I recommend a refreshing bath in the river in the morning.

We really enjoyed the safari organised by the hotel, it was good value and well worth paying a little extra for the guide. Also enjoyed the boat ride on the lake next to the properly.

This homestay exceeded my expectations, the room was nice with a lot of space for your luggage, the bathroom was very nice, and we loved the hammocks outside. We arrived way earlier that expected and our rooms were ready, we were welcomed with tea and we had the best hosts. The host arranged our safari, and even joined us and he was the one who spotted the leopard right at the end. Absolutely wondeful homestay.

The beautiful family that owns the hotel were always happy to drop everything to help out with anything that you might need. Would recommend 10/10
