Located in Marawila, 800 metres from Marawila Beach, Adique's Resorts provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a private beach area. Food was really tasty and had a good variety. Staff was very helpful. Rooms and all other areas at the resort was nicely designed and organized.

We had a most comfortable stay at the resort! Sabina and Avi have created a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the stay. They are very helpful, friendly and provide you with everything that you might need. They have both great cooking skills and prepared a super nice Christmas dinner for us. I can highly recommend this place! Thank you guys! 🙏🏽

The food was exceptional and exceeded all expectations and included fresh salad with dinner as well as a protein option and local cuisine that was home cooked. The room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The safari experience was great, and our driver made sure we saw as many animals as possible. We traveled with a little kid and we also appreciated that our daughter had his daughter to play with.

Very quiet relaxing spot with well designed units. The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

Very clean and Roshan helped us arrange safari as well to the national park. Food was great and overall really good !

Set in Wilpattu, The Backwaters Lodge offers accommodation with seating area. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Wonderful cabins in the forest very quiet and relaxing cool swim in the river. The staff were very kind and helpful when I had a migraine. They made the food more spicy for my husband. The owner is very helpful and interesting to talk too, they have done a great job of keeping the place part of the jungle. They organised a safari for us which was really nice we didn't see too many other jeeps and even managed to see a leopard.

Sandy Edge has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Kalpitiya, 400 metres from Kudawa Beach. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. I've visited plenty of hotels in Sri Lanka but here i had the most warm welcome. I stayed in cabana which made in traditional rural style. All nessesary facillities (fan, moscito net, privet bathroom) were there. Host Prasanna is amazing and empathetic person. He always helped us with all our reqests but on the same time he wasn't intrusive. Besides, I’d like to mention good value for money, convenient location (10 minutes to beach by foot and 5 minutes by watersport lagoon by tuk-tuk) and delicious (non spicy!) traditional food.
