Hicham, the concierge, was very nice and very helpful. Hicham was a great person with a great personality. I will definitely go back without doubt if I ever go back to Nador.

It can happen. They treated us with extreme courtesy and care. They found in very short time another accommodation and took personally there by taxi. They deserve a 10 for how they handled the situation

Wifi was included and the connection was good enough to have a zoom call with a camera. The hotel is located right next to the Medina. BIM and taxi station are within a walking distance.
