Kotor old town is really nice, but staying in this place made it really special for us. It is a beautiful place with an amazing view of the bay. The pool is the highlight. If you want to have the full experience of Kotor spend onw night out of Old Town in this nice villa and you will never want to leave.

Extremely helpful and thoughtful, he even had a map of Kotor in our own language. He recommended a boat tour that we eventually took and it was one of our favorite memories from the trip! The room was a bit small, but extremely clean and had everything that you could possibly need! The beach was not even 5 min away on a shortcut and it was very easy to get to. Also the shopping mall, old town and shops are super close to the accommodation. We also had a parking spot in the shade right in front. It's a great stay that we couldn't recommend enough!

Ana was incredibly kind and helpful – she made us feel genuinely welcome and even checked in with us later during our trip to see how we were doing. That personal touch meant a lot. There are free bicycles available for guests, which was a great way to explore the area, and having private parking right next to the property was very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and warm experience.
