Breakfast was excellent, room was upgraded and clean, staff very helpful and friendly, pool and sauna was well maintained, restaurant had superior food and service was good. This is the perfect stay in Kotor and we had a fantastic time!

They were so welcoming and always made sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved having the pool onsite to cools down and the gardens and terrace are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and offered outstanding views of the mountains and water. The location is out of the old town but reachable in 20-30 min by walking (we have younger children).

The hostess was extremely accommodating, giving us an early check in, and an extra key card when we asked for it. She was full of helpful information, telling us about local attractions, places to eat and get groceries. The apartment was absolutely spotless with a gorgeous view of the harbor. I loved our stay and would definitely recommend booking here!

The location of the apartment is great and the apartment itself is clean and cozy. You can tell Luka cares for his visitors and has passion for what he does. 12/10 recommend.

The owner came with his scooter to meet us and to show us the correct way. The owner showed us the apartment with all facilities and his grandmother even brought us a cake she baked the same morning. The location of the apartment is just few steps from the old town.
