Situated just 32 km from Black Lake, Silence House offers accommodation in Šavnik with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. We loved the cabin, super cosy and clean and we are already planning our return! The cabin had everything you need for your stay and the heated floor in the bathroom is a plus. Even though it is a super quiet and peaceful location, the scenery outside your window is constantly changing. We also strongly recommend the neighbouring restaurant “Kurjak” for some great Montenegrin home cooking.

I'm sad we only managed one night here, but it was a perfect cozy wrap to the trip. The road into the valley can be a bit slow particularly in a small rental, and cell connection becomes patchy so make sure to download offline maps. But once there, it's a dream. The views, the sunset light on the mountains. Just make sure to have slippers, the stone floors are ice cold.

Our favourite place we’ve stayed in a long time. So quiet and peaceful surrounded by nature. The puppy, dog and cats were an added bonus.
