It truly felt like a countryside retreat, with a peaceful and serene environment that was incredibly relaxing. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the AC worked perfectly. While the cell service and Wi-Fi were a bit unstable, that’s common in Myanmar right now and didn’t impact our overall enjoyment. The food was exceptional—it felt like eating home-cooked meals. Compliments to the chef for such delicious dishes! The staff were outstanding—so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. They arranged an e-bike for us, which made exploring on our own a breeze. After a day of adventures, the spa services were exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. We highly, highly recommend staying here. It’s a true gem for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Can't wait to return!

The hotel is very central to Mandalay Palace and the Capital Mall (good food). The staff were super helpful. The room was big, the water was very hot (like I like it), and the bed was really comfortable. I liked that I could cast my phone to the TV too.

The manager and the front desk staff arranged all tours for us, we got a map, we were told what is worth to see, they organized every day a taxi for us,, we were driven to the nicest places in town and for dinner!! They know exactly where you can go to, we always felt very safe! We want to say thank you for the very nice time we had in your hotel, hope to see you again one day!!
