Hotel Isla exceeded my expectations. The hotel room is large and very clean. It is apparent the grounds and rooms have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable. The grounds had lush gardens with a beautiful pool and seating areas. The hotel is located a few blocks from the sea boardwalk/malecon. There is a bakery and grocery store a few minutes walking distance. The concierge America was extremely helpful. She helped make our stay in Isla Aguada amazing.

We stayed here for two nights to arrange the Calakmul visit and we are very happy with our decision. Everything was nice: a big bed, kitchenette, cleanliness in the bungalow, jungle surroundings. We had a very pleasant stay. The garden is beautiful and there is a swimming pool overlooking the sea. Our room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Check in was very easy and the host was very responsive and attentive. Thank you!
