Additionally, the internet connection was very reliable, allowing me to stay connected without any issues.

Everything was above and beyond expectations. Cozy, nicely decorated and super clean room with functional kitchen. One of the best beds I've ever slept in! The staff is very friendly and will do everything in their power to accommodate your needs and make you feel welcome. Private off street parking. It is not gated, but it's a nice a quiet neighborhood so at no point was I concerned for our motorcycles. They didn't charge us for doing laundry. Everything you need - be it restaurants, grocery stores or maybe even a gym - is within easy walking distance.

I booked the suite, very nice view, also hotel is 1.5 blocks from Centro. Room service was same menu as restaurant and good, maybe 5% more expensive which is fine. Hotel spent much effort to help with tours and find someone to speak English to me even though I speak spanish.

I am travelling by motorcycle and they let me bring my motorcycle in to the lobby for safe keeping while I stayed there. I extended my stay a second night.

A beautiful hotel for a stay in delightful Durango. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had a window that opened (something important for me) that looked out to a beautiful garden with flowers and green grass. The bathroom had lots of counter space and a shower with plenty of hot water. Fluffy towels changed everyday. Spotlessly clean hotel. Staff were amazing and efficient. The outdoor pool is heated and was wonderfully relaxing. Plenty of parking. Note that the entrance is on Blvd. Francisco Villa, not where google maps shows it to be.

I just loved my stay so much that I wouldn't have anything else to say than "perfection from front desk to goodbye!"
