The room was big, clean and comfortable. The room had a kitchen was very Equipped, and had Tools, and everything that You’ll need to cook. The stuff was nice and kind. Every request i had they did right away. The location was very good, close to everything- restaurants, the downtown, stores and even some beaches. I really enjoyed my stay, and definitely stay again.

The apartment was so lovely and clean with everything you wanted. The pool on the roof was a beautiful spot as well. Communication was always fast and very helpful. Would recommend 100,%

We wish we could have stayed longer! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with infused water and a refreshing face towel, and the receptionist was incredibly friendly and warm. The hotel is beautifully designed and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, with a private pool that was a wonderful bonus. The bed was perfect, and we had a peaceful, quiet night (once the local musicians finished playing)—a rare find in Tulum. The only downside was the water pressure, which made the bath more decorative than functional, as it would take hours to fill. However, the modern, well-equipped kitchen was a highlight, and we’d definitely have used it daily if we’d stayed longer. The first thing we said upon entering was, "Should we live here for a while?" That says it all!
