A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. As soon as I arrived, I was surprised by an upgrade to a wonderful villa which exceeded my expectations. The furniture and kitchen equipment are all high quality. The staff was so nice and offered their help throughout the stay. I loved the location as I could walk safely to many restaurants and bars. Couldn't wish for a better stay!

Oda geniş ve ferahtı. Nevresimler ve havlu çok temiz ve deterjan kokuyordu. Tesisin girişinde güvenlik olduğundan içimiz rahattı. Odada her detay düşünülmüştü. İlk yardım çantadı ütü ve ütü masası da vardı. Bizlere lokal önerilerde de bulundular. İnternet hızlıydı. Klima da sorunsuz çalıştı. Eğer aracınız varsa her yere kolaylıkla ulaşım sağlarsınız. Park yeriyle alakalı bir sorun da yaşamadık.

Beğendiğim bir tarafı yok.Farklı olsun diye yapılanlar ihtiyaç fonksiyonlarını yok etmiş.Saçma sapan mimari,taşmasız havuz(her an 3 kişi kepçeyle yaprak temizliyor) Kim neye göre taktir vermiş anlamak mümkün değil.Araştırıp gerçeği ortaya çıkarmak gerekir.

Playa del Carmen şehrinde, Playacar Plajı noktasına 700 m mesafede bulunan Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive tesisi açık yüzme havuzu, ücretsiz özel park yeri, fitness merkezi ve bahçe olanağı... First of all I'm not in favor of All Inclusive hotels. There are a few things I dislike about them. Such as: poor quality of food and watered unlabeled drinks, non behaving crowds everywhere and the towel wars in the morning to reserve your place by the pool. Now the good thing, this hotel has none of those! And this made it my best ever experience with an all inclusive hotel. I don't know how you made it, but please keep on doing the magic! Absolutely wonderful food in all restaurants, real bottled branded drinks, no crowd at anywhere, neither in the bars restaurants nor at any of the amenities, and the best of all, they have more than enough sunbeds so no rally for them in the morning! (And the hotel was fully booked just that you know) So absolutely amazing place, which I highly recommend!
