Very nice staff (like most people in Mexico really), rooms are amazing (very modern, clean and well maintained), some have really great views of the city & the location is ideal overall.. walking distance to historical centre, minerva statue, lots of restaurants and facilities close by.. would 100% recommend staying here!

O my world, what a hotel. Breakfast until noon - no need to wake up early. Receptionists who are anticipating yours and HK needs - I had two separate bookings and they figured out how to let me stay in the same room so I do not need to wait until check in (hotel was full and they had a group - as a hotelier I know how hard is it to shuffle reservetations). HK was so friendly..
