Pool area and all the spaces were just best we had during our Mexican holidays. Cool place near to the center. We stayed in several hotels in Puebla but we would definitelly pick this one again.

A uma curta distância de carro do centro histórico de Puebla, este hotel tem uma piscina coberta e diariamente. Os quartos dispõem de ar-condicionado, WiFi gratuito e TV de tela plana a cabo. I love how clean the room was and spacious. It was in a nice area near shopping stores. Good breakfast. Small but great gym, if you know how to work out the facility will be enough to get a good workout out. Most importantly the staff help me get settle before check in time.

Presidente Puebla hotel offers spectacular views of the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and 24-hour fitness centre. It is 4.5 km from the city centre. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The building itself was beautiful, and the view from our room was incredible—we could see the volcano in the distance (I believe it’s called Popocatépetl). What truly made our experience special was the amazing staff. We had to leave early for a long drive from Puebla to Villahermosa, and they kindly prepared a delicious breakfast to-go for both of us. Not only that, the chef went the extra mile and made the oatmeal I had requested—such thoughtful service! We’ll definitely be coming back for more than just one night next time. Huge thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable. Your kindness really made a difference!
